GivingTuesday is Coming December 3
Around the world, home health nurses provide care for individuals, support families, and interact with communities. Research and evidence-based practice are important components of home health nursing and bring value to our profession and specialty. The IHCNO is interested in fostering relationships with and between researchers or clinicians who investigate the quality of home health care and home health nursing within the international community. We are especially interested in research related to the International Guidelines for Home Health Nursing.
GivingTuesday, the annual Day of Giving, is coming on December 3. GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of radical generosity. GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Since then, it has grown into a year-round global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity. This international day of philanthropy is a wonderful opportunity to provide year-end support for your favorite non-profit organizations, including IHCNO.
Throughout the year, our Board members have contributed to IHCNO with countless hours of in-kind efforts and monetary donations. Money we raise during Day of Giving helps us build the global community of home care nurses and fund research in the field. Won't you join us in our efforts? You may donate to our General Fund or the Marilyn D. Harris Research Grant Fund.
Please consider supporting our work on GivingTuesday!
