| | Olga F. Jarrín Montaner, PhD, RN, FAAN is a tenured associate professor in the School of Nursing at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey (USA). From 2001-2010, Olga worked as a home health aide, home health nurse intern, visiting nurse/case manager, and clinical instructor in home health care while completing her nursing education (BS, MS, PhD) at the University of Connecticut. She then completed postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Pennsylvania in gerontological nursing and nursing outcomes research. |

| | Advocacy Committee Chair, Patricia GrimesIHCNO’s Advocacy Committee is currently comprised of five IHCNO members from the USA. Our purpose is to promote the specialty and professional image of home-based nursing. Advocate (the noun): one who defends or maintains a cause or proposal, one who supports or promotes the interests of a cause or group, and/or one who pleads the cause of another. Advocacy is the cornerstone of home-based nursing. We advocate for those we serve every day. |

Feng-Ping Sarah Lee serves as an associate professor at the School of Nursing at the University of the Pacific. She earned her PhD in Nursing from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on adult gerontology acute care from the University of Pennsylvania. |
