The International Home Care Nurses Organization (IHCNO) is a Supportive Association of the DAISY (Disease Attacking the Immune System) Foundation. The DAISY Foundation’s mission is to express gratitude to nurses for extraordinary, compassionate, skillful care provided to patients and their families. The goal of IHCNO’s partnership with the DAISY Foundation is to recognize Home Care Clinical Nurses and Home Care Nurse Leaders around the world for the extraordinary care and compassion they provide to patients living in their home and their families who support them.

The 2025 honorees were selected by a committee of international home care nurses, using a blind review format to select the honorees. The DAISY Foundation’s IHCNO’s DAISY Home Care Clinical Nurses and DAISY Home Care Nurse Leader will be honored on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 during an online awards ceremony.
