Into The Future: Advancing Home-Based Nursing Practice Webinar Series

This series is an opportunity for nurses to obtain updated home health care information and tools that foster effective patient-centered communication, care planning, and innovative service modalities - all of which are essential for improved patient health outcomes, safety, quality of life, and alignment between the care provided and the needs and wishes for care of the patients.

This series is offered to IHCNO members as a member benefit, and for a minor charge for non-members. Non-Members,  each session is $25, but you can purchase a package of 2 or more for $50. and this includes a one-year membership in IHCNO.

All sessions are now available as on-demand webinars, so feel free to register below and we will send you information on how to access the recordings.

You may earn up to 4 contact hours by attending this series. Contact hours are being provided by Southern New Hampshire University Nursing.
