Olga is a tenured associate professor in the School of Nursing at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey (USA). From 2001-2010, Olga worked as a home health aide, home health nurse intern, visiting nurse/case manager, and clinical instructor in home health care while completing her nursing education (BS, MS, PhD) at the University of Connecticut. She then completed postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Pennsylvania in gerontological nursing and nursing outcomes research.
